Is there any parking available?

Yes, at Beach House by eazy we have our own parking lot and it is already included in your reservation. If you travel by car, please indicate it when you arrive at the lobby so that they give you a parking card.

Is Beach House handicap friendly?

Beach House by eazy has first floor access for wheelchairs, and has a handicap room equipped for the disabled, as well as exclusive parking spaces.

What is near the hotel?

Can I reserve the entire Hotel for an event?

Of course! Beach House by eazy has 33 rooms, it is an ideal lodging for family or corporate events.

I travel with a pet, does it have any additional cost?

Beach House by eazy is a Pet-Friendly hotel. With an additional charge of $600 pesos  you can stay with your special friend.  

When making your reservation, please indicate the breed of the pet that accompanies you, the price may vary. Only one pet per room is allowed.

Does Beach House have a restaurant?

In our facilities you will find Baristi, a mexican specialty coffee shop, you will also find delicious sandwiches!

What type of bed does my room have?

Each room has Queen -size beds, ready for your rest.

Do I have a television in my room?

Sure, we thought of every detail. Each room has its own Smart TV with DirecTV Go App so you can rest while you watch your favorite channels.

How can I make a reservation?

Beach House by eazy puts at your disposal the best tools to book your vacation: directly on the official website, or by calling +52 646 468 5527.

Can I extend my stay at the hotel?

If you are already at the hotel and wish to extend your stay, you can do so directly at reception. 

When can I check-in / check-out?

We take care that everything is perfect for your arrival. 

It is important to confirm your arrival or reservation at 6:00 PM as the deadline, otherwise, the room will be released and your reservation will be lost.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.), you can enter the room from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

+What happens if I arrive earlier?
If you plan to arrive before this time, you can call reception to communicate it and they will inform you of the procedure. 

In the Lobby you can store your bags until the room is ready while you take a walk around the facilities. 

+What happens if I arrive later?
If you are going to arrive later than 19:00 hrs. call by phone: +52 646 468 5527 and confirm the time without a problem.

How can I pay for my reservation?

At the end of your reservation, in the last step, you will find the different payment options:

Payment at reception: Allows you to pay at reception on the day of arrival only by card. Card data will be requested only to guarantee the stay.

Online payment: In the last step, you will find a box with the option to pay for your reservation by card. We accept several credit and debit cards. Payment will be made within the period indicated on the website at the end of the reservation.

Do I need to present any documents when I arrive at the Beach House?

Once you confirm your reservation through beach-house.mx, it is not necessary to call the hotel to report your arrival. Our Host will automatically receive a copy of your reservation with all the details. 

On the day of your arrival, do not forget to bring your ID and the confirmation number of your reservation, which you will have received by email. If you have not received this document, do not hesitate to contact by phone  +52 646 468 5527.
